FAQ

What is a Trail Camera?

The practical result of this action is that the user can observe the action that is occurring in a specific place without to be present, avoiding that the potential object be conscious of being observed.

What Can Trail Cameras do?

These days the majority of the trail cameras can shot night images. In theory they could also take color pictures, but in reality they used infrared flashes that produce black and white images. The idea behind the use of this kinds of flashes, is to avoid spook the object of the shooting.

Why The Trigger Time Of A Trail Camera Is Important?

What About Night And Day images Quality?

Night and day images quality is very different, and can be diminished by the technology that comes with the actual camera. The range is not affected by the amount of light, and remains the same independently of the time of the day. The only factor that affects the quality of the images, regarding range, is the distance between the object and the camera itself. This phenomenon is present in all kind of cameras, and is not limited to only trial cameras.

What About Flashes?

Different trial cameras come with different kinds of flashes, and maybe the most controversial issue about these cameras is the right kind of flash that should be used.

Low Glow Flash

The Low Glow Flash emits a visible beam, but it is significantly low. Generally the color is a smooth red glow, and if your budget doesn’t allow you to get a no-glow, this is a great alternative. Anyways you have to be aware that nighttime images using these flashes are also black and white.

White Flash

White flash are the regular flashes that everybody know, and of course all images will be in color, no matter of the time of the day. Photos are great but they are going to scare the … out of your game, anyways is good to keep undesirables at bay.
